The Tanfoglio company was founded in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy shortly after WWII. In the 1980’s, Tanfoglio focused on sporting pistols, though they offer a wide selection of personal defense guns. “Team Tanfoglio” and Tanfoglio pistols have won almost every competition in the world in their weapon category.
In 2007, Eric Grauffel won the IPSC Open Class European Championship for the fourth time with a Tanfoglio Gold Custom.
