New York General Business Law § 872 provides that:
No person, firm, corporation or agent or employee thereof shall import, manufacture, sell, hold for sale or distribute within the state any imitation weapon unless such device is imported, manufactured, sold, held for sale and distributed:

1. Solely for subsequent transportation in interstate commerce; or
2. Solely for lawful use in a theatrical production, including a motion picture, television or stage production.

New York General Business Law § 870 further defines "imitation weapon" as follows:
"Imitation weapon" means any device or object made of plastic, wood, metal or any other material which substantially duplicates or can reasonably be perceived to be an actual firearm, air rifle, pellet gun, or "B-B"gun; unless such imitation weapon

(a) is colored other than black, blue, silver or aluminum,
(b) is marked with a non-removable orange stripe which is at least one inch in width and runs the entire length of the barrel on each side and the front end of the barrel, and
(c) has a barrel at least one inch in diameter that is closed for a distance of not less than one-half inch from the front-end of its barrel with the same material of which the imitation weapon is made.

This is a very convenient way to order, however please be sure to include all your pertinent information. This will help us to process your order more efficiently. Please write legibly. Include your phone and fax number with your transmission and we will FAX a copy of your completed order back to you once it has been processed, if requested. We are not responsible for lost transmissions so please call to verify transmission.

Order By Mail: Only credit card and prepaid orders will be accepted by mail. Please include your credit card number, expiration date and signature for credit card orders. Mail to:

Order By E-Mail: You may e-mail your order to us. Please include your phone number and complete shipping address. E-mail is checked automatically every 2 hours. As with a fax transmission, you may want to call to verify that we have received your e-mail. E-Mail your order to: info@palcomarketing.com

New Customers: Please supply us with your complete telephone number when placing orders. This will be used as your customer number and will allow us to call you if there is a problem with your order.

Backorders: If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order it will be backordered for you only at your request. This applies only to customers who order by credit card. Prepaid customer backorders will be filled when the backorder comes in. If an item ordered comes unavailable we will contact you for instructions.

Returns: Only items with manufacturer defects will be considered. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number. Please call before you return any item to obtain a return authorization number. You must place the return authorization number clearly on your return label. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to be considered. ANY RETURN THAT DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED. All authorized returns will be issued a refund/replacement/credit at the discretion of Palco Sports, Inc.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to order any product from us. Some items contained in this site may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21 years old. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this web site. The carrier will require proof of age when the product is delivered. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age and that you have read our terms and conditions!

Minimum Order: Please make sure your order is above our minimum. Any order below our minimum will not be processed.

Legality: It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning use, ownership and possession of any product on this web site. Also, any attempt in entrapment by any law enforcement agency will be met with swift legal action.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. It has been our experience that these services are the most cost effective and reliable services available. If you wish your order to be shipped by any other means, you must mention this at the time of your order. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. Any claims must be made with the respective carrier immediately after receipt of your order.
